“I was expecting to find more jewelry. Instead more than half the store has other merchandise that has nothing to do with jewelry. Face mask 50ct are 7.99 and 9.99, pricey from other places with the same brand. Must say that the store is super clean and organized. Very few customers on a Friday afternoon.”

“I love the affordable prices on things like beauty blenders and hair pins. Employees not that friendly though. The cashier pulled the things out of my hand as I was putting my things down on the counter. She took my payment and put my stuff in a bag and turned around when the transaction was over. Not a "thank you" or "have a nice day" I just grab my things from the counter and left. She didnt bother handing my things over. Very rude.”

“I stop by this evening to shop around at the jewelry box on Zaragoza and North loop I was going to buy a friend of mine a little ponytail wig as well as one for myself there was an older woman who claims to be the manager another young lady making faces the whole time while I'm asking her if I can try on a ponytail and was told not to touch them and that if I was going to purchase three or more I was able to try on the wigs the other young lady that was there a little tomboyish was sweet and kind and minded her own business ... They made us feel nothing but uncomfortable at the store and then when I did ask for a phone number she said she was not going to give me her phone number that I would have to google it and never even gave me her name.... They are very rude and unprofessional and assume that everybody is going to steal their I don't know why they what treat us like that I'd make us feel uncomfortable I have never even gone into this store like .. they definitely need customer service skills...1st and LAST time there. ..”
